What people who worked with me say: managers, colleagues and clients.
Pedro made a huge [difference] from the moment he joined the team. He quickly gained context and delivered important work in a short time. Excellent teamwork and communication, and the autonomy to deliver quality solutions. Within a few months he earned a promotion, and today he leads his own team masterfully. Congratulations on being such an excellent professional.
Pedro is a professional who pays attention both to the demands a client brings and to the needs that aren't always obvious to the person facing those challenges every day.
He built a platform that centralizes and simplifies my communication with brands, the tracking of my metrics and the planning of my tasks. He also created an AI integrated with my work tools, streamlining processes and letting me give much more time and attention to what really matters in my work.
Pedro professionalized and unified the community that already existed by building the Plant Hub platform. Beyond developing solutions aligned with the needs we presented, from the start he has shown initiative by suggesting improvements and implementing innovations that keep the app up to date with advances in technology.
